Hybrid Intelligence Specialist

To help us create this solution, we are looking for a Hybrid Intelligence Specialist to join our product development team. Hybrid intelligence takes the best of artificial intelligence, the best of human intelligence and the best of human-computer interfaces – to create human-computer teams with unprecedented capabilities. We call them “hyteams” and they’re better than cyborgs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop systems combining machine and human intelligence in ingenious ways. Unlike others, we start with a human intelligence. Then we augment it, optimize and amplify it using machine intelligence. This approach opens up totally new avenues for developing state-of-the-art hybrid intelligence solutions.

We're looking for a person who loves to solve hard problems and to innovate, has a strong background in developing practical machine intelligence solutions, has ambitions to become one of the founders of the field of hybrid intelligence and likes working in a group of highly talented and committed professionals.

The person we're looking for is a goal driven, articulate and enthusiastic software specialist with an interest in psychology, strong interpersonal skills, an attention to detail and a positive attitude. The ideal applicant will also have

• Real life experience in working with large scale development projects
• Excellent Java/C++ coding skills
• Fluent in English and Finnish
• Experience with agile methods and scrum methodology
