Form processing

• We digitize handwritten forms and return the data in an easy-to-use, single file
• Output is a human-readable Excel file or an XML file for further processing
• Scanned forms are sent by fax, ftp, email or a direct server connection
• Results delivered via email, ftp or a direct server connection
• Secure process, with confidentiality ensured

Medical form processing

• We digitize handwritten text from medical forms
• Connects directly to customers' electronic document process
• Service Level Agreement for response times and accuracy
• Secure process, with confidentiality ensured

Digitalkoot

(Joint project with the National Library of Finland), www.digitalkoot.com

• Project uses Microtask platform and volunteers to correct OCR errors in an old newspaper archive, enabling accurate text search
• Output is a standard METS/ALTO file with human corrected OCR results
• Voluntary workforce plays word-fixing games (Youtube link)
• Launched Feb 8 2011, with great results:
  85.000 users, 5.2 million tasks completed in the first 9 months

HS Talkoot

• Used same process and platform as in Digitalkoot project,
  but for Helsingin Sanomat, the largest daily newspaper in the Nordic countries
• Launched Sep 1 2011:
  2 million tasks completed in the first 2 months
